Maintaining Your Tier
12-Month Rolling Referral Window
Referrals count toward your tier for 12 months from when they were made. To maintain a tier, keep your active referral count above the threshold.
Example: You reach Platinum on Jan 30 with your 30th referral. 2 of those referrals expire Jan 30 next year — your count drops to 28. You have until then to replace them to maintain Platinum.
Redeemable Balance vs. Tier Meter
Your redeemable balance never expires — spend it whenever you want. Your tier meter tracks accumulated points on a rolling window.
Key distinction: Redeeming 500 points for store credit does not reduce your tier meter standing. Your tier is based on what you've earned — not what you've kept.
