Glutathione (GSH) is a tripeptide (γ-Glu-Cys-Gly) and the most abundant intracellular antioxidant in mammalian cells3. Mechanism of Action
Directly neutralises reactive oxygen species (ROS), serves as a cofactor for glutathione peroxidase and transferase enzymes, and participates in the regeneration of vitamins C and E.
